Log In to Your Account

1. Check your password carefully. Click on the "Eye" button to ensure you are entering your password correctly.

2. Passwords are now case-sensitive! Make sure you're using the correct upper and lower case letters. If your password is all UPPER CASE, be careful not to accidentally type underscores instead of dashes.

3. Verify your User ID. Your User ID should be the email address you used when you signed up. Double-check that it's entered correctly.

4. Forgot your password? Click here to have your password emailed to you.

5. Check your subscription status. Your account may have expired. Reactivate your subscription or contact support if you're not sure.
